Our promise

• Bourne End Dental will contact your patient immediately after receiving your referral letter.
• Your patient will be seen by us within two weeks of receiving your letter.
• After completion of treatment we will immediately refer your patient back to your good care.
• We will send you a detailed letter explaining our findings as well as a treatment plan following consultation with your patient.
• Any questions, concerns or cases will be discussed with you by telephone, email or in person.
